Once you have completed our initial Modular Plan and have formally joined our family of wealth management clients, we transition into our ongoing Financial Planning, Tax Planning, Estate Planning, Long-Term Care Planning and Investment Management relationship. In your first year, you will spend a lot of time with our key Operations and Financial Planning team members. Here is how we envision the first 12 months of our relationship.
First, You Will Meet With Our Operations Team
Onboarding Meetings
This process includes account opening and asset transfers, and related activities and will be conducted by our Operations Team, either Amy Van Zelst or Meghan Ciamaichela. This process may involve just one meeting, or may require multiple meetings.

Next, You Will Have A Series Of Meetings With Our Financial Planning Team
Initial Investment Meeting
Once the cash and/or investments have rolled over or been transferred into your new accounts at Charles Schwab, we discuss the final investment management considerations and recommendations.
How We Conduct These Meetings
Zoom or In-Person, typically lasts between 30 minutes to 60 minutes with Tyler Breder, CFP®, and Paul T. Murray, AIF®, ChFC® who will recap the investment goals discussed in the Modular Plan process and present our final investment recommendations. Zoom may be a convenient option for you for this meeting, as several in-person meetings will have recently taken place in the Modular Planning process.

Your 6 Month Review
In this meeting, we will review your current financial plan and ensure that you are familiar with our online platforms and paper statements. This is also a great opportunity to update us with additional information that will improve your customized Financial Plan and Dynamic Income Plan™.

Yearly, Ongoing Meetings With Our Financial Planning Team
Annual October/November Tax Planning
This short meeting is scheduled to present yearly options for our Guided Roth Conversions Program™. In this meeting, we review our Roth conversion roadmap and provide updated conversion amounts and related tax figures. This meeting also gives you the opportunity to update us on important news and happenings in your life.

Ongoing annual financial plan updates will give you the opportunity to share with us new goals and "what-if" scenarios, and we constantly revise our planning models and stress tests to provide you with financial advice that is always in your best interest.
Annual Financial Plan Reviews
Our comprehensive customized Financial Plans and Guided Roth Conversion Program™ are reviewed annually in these meetings. Our goals are to improve your financial plan with constant updates and revisions, and we "stress test" several "What-If" scenarios in each of these annual meetings to ensure that you are on track to meet your goals, year in and year out.
